Job Summary
Guide clients individually and in groups to support their recovery process, while coaching colleagues on restorative care and schooling them on the role of lived experience. Develop group-based recovery offerings through co-creation with partners and other experts, actively guiding clients toward low-threshold social support services. Contribute to multidisciplinary treatment plans, report progress in the EPD, and signal psychosocial changes proactively. Deliver input for policy development and participate in team meetings to integrate the client perspective. Organize and evaluate the use of lived expertise across care teams, providing training on restorative approaches. Work at the Amstelmere FACT-team location, engaging in regional training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal een opleiding tot Ervaringsdeskundige niveau 5 (AD) of een bachelor Social Work niveau 6
- modules gericht op beroepsmatige inzet van ervaringsdeskundigheid
- VOG
