Job Summary
Manage a cluster of childcare locations by translating organizational policy into daily practice and coordinating teams of 25 to 35 people. Develop annual plans and budgets while acting as the primary contact for staff and external partners to foster solid collaborations. Solve complex operational challenges through creative problem-solving and coach your team to find solutions that align with both organizational goals and practical needs. Work alongside a planner and pedagogical coach to drive strategic initiatives under the supervision of the regional director.
Required Qualifications
- hbo diploma
- management opleiding
- 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in de kinderopvang
- 32 tot 36 uur per week beschikbaar
- kennis van teamontwikkeling
- sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
