Job Summary
ERSEA Field Support Specialist responsible for guiding Family Support Coordinators through enrollment workflows, ensuring eligibility accuracy, audits, and compliance across EHS/HS/Pre-K/Tuition; provides coaching, templates, and data-informed recruitment; maintains file quality and supports centers in enrollment, attendance, and cross-functional ERSEA processes; emphasizes teamwork, equity, and trauma-informed practices; proficient with ChildPlus and ProCare and able to support centers with pre-enrollment and post-enrollment activities as described.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, early childhood education, child and family development, public administration, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in ERSEA, Family Support, or HS/EHS and Pre-K enrollment roles preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
