ERSEA Coordinator (Early Head Start)

Comply with HSPS audit requirements for income verification, eligibility documentation, and enrollment tracking. Manage all ERSEA criteria components including eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance while maintaining full program enrollment and a waitlist. Support staff in family engagement practices to ensure consistent program participation and oversee community referrals to meet Federal Early Head Start requirements. Coordinate at least three parent committee events annually and track parent, family, and community engagement indicators. Maintain full program enrollment at all times in addition to a waitlist of eligible children.
