Job Summary
ERSEA Coordinator role supporting enrollment, recruitment, eligibility, attendance, and related reporting for Head Start programs. Responsibilities include assisting the ERSEA Manager with training, technical assistance, managing documentation and reports, maintaining funded enrollment levels and waitlists, analyzing attendance, planning workshops, processing applications, and supporting ERSEA self-assessment and program reporting. Requires a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in related fields and experience in social service/community work. Position located in Buffalo, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Development, Sociology, or Community Organization, plus one (1) year experience in social service community work; OR Associate’s Degree in the area of Human Development, Sociology, Community Organization or related fields, plus two (2) years experience in working with adults and children.
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a physical examination by CAO physician
- SCR clearance
- no criminal convictions of crimes against children (misdemeanor and felony)
- finger printing required
