Job Summary
Supervisor role overseeing field service engineers and technicians in a focused service-center area; lead complex electrical project work including generator tests, substation commissioning, and turnkey projects; perform advanced troubleshooting, tests, and inspections in electrical systems; develop tests/inspections in new areas of field services; manage job estimation, proposals, scheduling, reporting, and billing; maintain client interfaces and drive business development; strong NEC/OSHA/NFPA knowledge; ability to travel up to 50% (including international) and work flexible hours; requires effective communication, supervisory and management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer BSEE or BSME or equivalent
- NETA 3 Certification or equivalent experience
- High school education or equivalent with substantial experience if no degree
- Valid Driver’s License
