Provide business, managerial, and technical direction to the Service Center, supervise Field Engineers and Technicians, schedule workflow, and serve as customer contact. Responsible for sales, profit, and quality of operations; review contracts; develop area profit plans; coordinate invoicing and status reports; oversee training and career development; interview job applicants; develop proposals and review field reports; and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer BSEE or BSME
- no experience required
- ability to supervise Field Engineers and Technicians
- valid Driver’s License
- willing to travel overnight
