Job Summary
Investigate escalations to identify and assess customer-impacting errors, then record and categorize findings within established tracking systems. Conduct root cause analysis to identify prevention opportunities and coordinate end-to-end remediation activities while monitoring progress to resolution. Work with cross-functional teams to support investigations, escalate risks or delays as appropriate, and maintain documentation in accordance with audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports on remediation activities, trends, and outcomes to support process improvement initiatives. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Relevant experience in banking operations, customer service, compliance, risk, remediation, quality assurance, or a related field
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
