Job Summary
ERP Warehouse Specialist / Management Consulting Analyst role focused on leading business transformation projects for Fortune Global 500 clients in industrial sectors (heavy machinery, industrial suppliers, consumer goods). Responsibilities include managing project organization, gathering requirements, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, translating business requirements into IT solutions, organizing workshops and communications for stakeholders, data analysis and reporting, and driving automation and AI-enabled process optimization. Required experience includes warehouse management, SAP EWM/WM, and proficiency in English with German a plus; strong project-management skills and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall; familiarity with Copilot, Gemini, Jira, and Confluence; and a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client-facing experience in industrial contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 3 years of experience working for industrial clients in areas such as warehouse management, inventory control, internal logistics, and warehouse process planning and execution
- Experience with AI tools supporting warehouse process optimization
- Business experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or similar systems (preferred as a key user, trainer, implementation team member, process owner, or product owner)
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile)
- Excellent communication skills in English, German a plus
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini)
- Jira and Confluence tools are welcome
