Job Summary
Configure, maintain, and deploy company computers while troubleshooting and repairing all printers and scanners. Provide on-site, telephone, and remote support across all locations and staff, handling helpdesk duties, Citrix/VPN issues, and email connectivity problems. Manage inventory of technology equipment, build and deploy laptops and desktops, and track all support activity in IT software. Travel to other stores when needed and perform after-hours projects. Maintain mobile device support and record repairs for computer peripherals. Knowledge of Acumatica, Fusion, or Lightspeed is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or related technology field
- 2 years helpdesk experience
- 1 year Customer Service experience
- Excellent communications, both verbal and written
- Excellent 'people' skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and exemplify high levels of patience
- Displays a high level of professionalism in both conduct and appearance
- Travel to other stores when needed
- After hours work for projects and support
Desired Qualifications
- Expert in Microsoft Office, specifically with the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Applications
- Troubleshooting of Mac Computers and Apple products
- Troubleshoot Citrix and VPN connection problems
- Troubleshoot e-mail connectivity problems
- Maintain and manage repairs for computer equipment, including peripherals
- Inventory all technology equipment
- Build and deploy laptop and desktop computers
- Computer troubleshooting OS and software related
- Mobile Device Support - provide support to mobile device users
- Record and track all support activity in IT support software
- Familiar with basic project management concepts
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Technology in a warehouse or retail environment a plus
- Knowledge of Acumatica, Fusion or Lightspeed a plus
