Job Summary
ERP Technical Consultant focused on Dynamics 365 Business Central and Infor LN, delivering day-to-day technical support, system stability, and governance enhancements within an AMS framework. Key responsibilities include incident/change/problem management, RCA and durable corrective actions, development of Business Central extensions using AL, LN tools development, troubleshooting of integrations via APIs and middleware, and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort. The role emphasizes collaboration with client success managers and IT stakeholders, documentation and playbook upkeep, and ensuring operational readiness and SLA adherence. Required experience includes 3–7 years in ERP production environments, hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central work, AL development, Infor LN experience, API/middleware troubleshooting, and ITIL-based service delivery. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and LN experience. Our environment values diversity and inclusion.

- Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- AL development for Business Central extensions
- Infor LN experience
- LN Tools development (4GL, DAL, reporting)
- Azure integration experience
- APIs/middleware integrations experience
- ITIL-based Managed Services familiarity
- Power Platform familiarity (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with ticketing/backlog workflows
- Strong root cause analysis skills

- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Hands-on experience developing Business Central extensions using AL

- Experience supporting Infor LN environments
- Experience with LN Tools development (4GL, DAL, reporting, extensions)
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with Azure integration services
- Familiarity with ITIL-based Managed Services delivery
