Job Summary
ERP Technical Consultant who supports Dynamics 365 Business Central and Infor LN environments within an AMS delivery model. Responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, incident/problem/change activities per ITIL, RCA, and delivering governance-backed enhancements. Develops Business Central extensions using AL, troubleshoots API/middleware integrations (Azure, LN Tools), maintains runbooks and documentation, identifies automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, and collaborates with client success managers and IT stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and SLA adherence.
