Job Summary
Provide first-level and second-level technical support for Acumatica ERP, responding to End Users and partner inquiries within SLA timelines. Troubleshoot application issues across modules using logs, SQL queries, and diagnostic tools, then reproduce and document cases before escalating complex issues. Guide users through solutions via chat, email, or remote sessions while analyzing business processes to recommend workflow improvements. Support configuration reviews for business events, approval workflows, and dashboards, and participate in user acceptance testing by tracking defects. Educate End Users on best practices during training rollouts and assist with data validation efforts to flag anomalies in migrated records.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with Acumatica ERP navigation, modules, and configuration
- Ability to work with SQL, generic inquiries, reports, and dashboards
- Understanding of API integrations, import scenarios, and automation schedules
- Familiarity with third-party addons (e.g., Avalara, shipping integrations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Acumatica
- Must be available for In-Office Working Hours Primarily Monday - Friday between 7AM-5PM until ERP goes live, then Hybrid option
