Job Summary
ERP System Specialist at Charcoalblue to own the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system across the international studio, turning high-quality data into clear insight, and enabling automation to support creative project delivery. Responsibilities include ERP optimization, automation and integrations with tools like CRM and HRIS; designing and maintaining dashboards and real-time reports (Power BI, Excel); ensuring data integrity and ISO:9001 compliance; providing high-level user support and developing training materials; collaborating with business leaders and the People team to integrate HR data with project data. The role offers hybrid working in London or Bristol, UK, with opportunities for growth into a recognised systems specialist and requires UK residency with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an ERP Coordinator, Analyst, or Support role. Direct experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Data Visualisation using tools such as Power BI to create complex reports and dashboards.
- Desirable: Ability to work successfully on own initiative, as well as part of a local and global team; Flexibility and adaptability; Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload; Excellent communication skills; Experience in project-based consultancy environments; Digital and systems literacy including SQL; Demonstrable interest in Agentic AI and modern automation approaches; Ability to work across functions with internal stakeholders; Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Design Studio environment is a significant advantage.
