ERP Support Specialist

Job Summary
Support the IFS ERP implementation at the Winnipeg manufacturing facility by consulting with business units, mapping current processes, and acting as the primary liaison between corporate teams and plant users. Serve as the internal consultant to guide users on leveraging IFS functionalities, while proactively identifying, analyzing, and triaging system issues for escalation or enhancement. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to various user groups, fostering continuous learning and high system adoption. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Shared Services, and IT to ensure successful system commissioning and cross-plant standardization. This onsite role requires a candidate with post-secondary education in Business Administration or Engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business processes within a manufacturing or similar operational environment
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and influence users at all levels
- Ability to gather business requirements, coordinate multiple priorities, and drive implementation activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing issues and identifying root causes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn new business processes, systems, and technologies
- Strong affiliation with Price's core values
- Onsite position based in Winnipeg, Manitoba
