Job Summary
Support customers with technical and functional questions regarding Proalpha ERP in production environments using ServiceNow. Conduct detailed error analyses on customer and reference systems to identify root causes and ensure smooth business processes. Coordinate solutions through phone and written communication with clients and internal development teams to maintain transparent alignment. Actively develop individual technical specializations and continuously expand knowledge in production-related topics. Work full-time in Weilerbach with flexible working models and on-site availability.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Software und im Kundensupport
- Interesse an Produktionsprozessen
- Technisches Verständnis
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV und modernen Softwarelösungen
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Serviceorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die sichere Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen
