ERP Support Analyst - Deltek (Vantagepoint)

Support daily operations of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system by assisting with user account management, password resets, and basic system configuration tasks. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business operations, financial reporting, and project tracking. Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshoot basic system issues, and document problems for escalation. Assist with end-user training, create training documentation, and support system testing activities including test case execution and verification during upgrades. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Project Management departments to gather requirements and translate needs into system workflow improvements. Maintain system documentation, assist with data migration activities, and perform quality assurance checks on entered data. Monitor system performance metrics and report anomalies for resolution. Participate in implementation projects by supporting configuration activities, data preparation, and user acceptance testing.
