Job Summary
Provide first-level ERP support to end users via email, phone, or remote connection while analyzing and troubleshooting error codes and functionality issues. Serve as an ERP expert regarding workflows, processes, and best practices, and provide onsite and remote training on new features. Create and update ERP process documentation, maintain master data and commercial policy records, and track inquiries to offer proactive feedback to leadership. Collaborate with internal departments to maintain smooth operations and troubleshoot connection problems between installations and sites. Requires Entersoft expertise and a degree in technology or informatics.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Technology, Informatics, Programming
- At least 2 years of experience working in the IT Department
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of Entersoft (ERP)
- Ability to solve issues
- Time management
- Ability to multitask
