Job Summary
Provide system support by troubleshooting issues, resolving data errors, and assisting with workflow questions. Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security roles while validating master data for projects, cost codes, vendors, and employees. Document workflows, SOPs, and system configurations; recommend improvements and create training materials for end-users. Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related inquiries and assist with testing new modules, features, and system upgrades. Maintain accurate records for regulatory and contractual compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business related field, IT or Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working with ERP Systems
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and adjust to changing situations
- Great attention to detail, accuracy, an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both office and field personnel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision while still being a team player
- Dependable, organized and self-motivated
Desired Qualifications
- COINS experience
- Background in accounting, project controls or business systems
- Understanding or experience with mechanical contracting or specialty trade construction
- Understanding construction project workflows (job cost, procurement, billing, forecasting, time entry)
- Experience documenting processes or developing training materials
