Job Summary
Lead ERP projects from conception to implementation or participate in programs to do so, with SAP/S4HANA ERP deployments in Life Science. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop full-scale project plans and communications; lead and mentor project teams and contractors; manage stakeholder communications; develop budgets and allocate resources; identify and mitigate risks; ensure quality standards and standardization across projects; stay updated on SAP capabilities and maximize ROI for the company; collaborate across functional teams and communicate effectively with management, vendors, and business stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of information systems/IT project delivery experience in Life Science, with demonstrated ERP project delivery experience in SAP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in an information systems environment
- At least 5 years of IT project delivery experience in Life Science industry, leading high-profile projects across one or more functional domains
- Experience navigating and successfully implementing and deploying ERP (SAP) systems
