ERP Senior Principal Consultant - NetSuite

Job Summary
Identify and document NetSuite value gaps using ACS methodology to prioritize high-impact business process remediations. Advise Non-Profit customers on leading practices across Fund Accounting, Grant Management, and Revenue Restriction while defining functional requirements for configurations, automations, and integrations. Partner with Technical Services to design, validate, and unit test automations, then guide clients on responsible AI adoption for reporting summaries and document capture. Perform quality reviews of team deliverables, utilize AI tools for internal efficiency, and collaborate with ACS teams including TAMs and Analytics to drive customer success. Maintain continuous NetSuite product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant ERP, consulting, operations, finance, customer service, or industry domain experience
- Strong NetSuite ERP experience
- Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering
- Strong Communication Skills
- Passion for driving Customer satisfaction
- Experience in job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI assisted ERP capabilities, AI enabled reporting, workflow automation, customer engagement technologies, operational analytics, or business process optimization initiatives
- Familiarity with NetSuite AI capabilities such as Text Enhance, Prompt Studio, Narrative Insights, Intelligent Bill Capture, AI Connector Service, or SuiteScript AI APIs
- Experience helping customers adopt new technology, including AI, through practical use cases, governance, enablement, and change management
- Finance and accounting background
- NetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications
- Project and/or team leadership experience
