Job Summary
ERP S4 HANA Project Management Test Lead (Remote) responsible for developing test strategies, test readiness evaluations, test plans, and test cases (manual and automated) to align with program requirements. Lead and coordinate unit, integration, regression and UAT testing; manage test environments and data; track defects and escalate issues; oversee test case creation; ensure compliance with SAP QA standards; collaborate with business users, consultants, and offshore teams; drive test progress to meet project timelines; provide status and metrics to stakeholders; require experience with SAP S/4HANA projects, test management tools (e.g., qTest, ALM), and both waterfall and agile methodologies; travel up to 50% and work remotely within the U.S. When applicable, leverage offshore/onshore coordination and maintain adherence to QA best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as qTest, ALM or similar tools
- Experience in cross-functional testing coordination across different workstreams
- Prior involvement in SAP upgrade or implementation projects
- Experience with multiple methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology
- Ability to travel ~ 25%-50% to other major RTX US sites (ex. Farmington, Richardson, Cedar Rapids, and Charlotte)
