ERP Recruiter – Contract Hiring Specialist

Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Functional, Techno-Functional, and Technical ERP positions with a focus on contract hiring. Partner with Leads and Account Managers to define role specifications, then source and engage professionals through portals, social media, and referrals. Screen candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment, conduct assessments, coordinate interviews, and drive offer negotiations. Build and maintain a strong ERP talent pipeline while ensuring timely closures and maintaining recruitment reports and dashboards. This role requires 3–7 years of experience in recruiting ERP professionals (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and involves managing multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 7 years
- Proven experience in recruiting ERP professionals (SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules and technical terminology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- ATS experience (preferred Zoho)
- Applicants from consulting or fast-paced staffing/recruiting backgrounds
- Exposure to international hiring (US, UK, APAC)
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and talent market mapping
