ERP Project Manager (SAP)

Job Summary
The ERP Project Manager (SAP) will lead the delivery, optimization, and support of enterprise ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include managing ERP-related projects, mentoring teams, partnering with stakeholders, and overseeing SAP ERP systems including configuration and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven project management experience, and a solid understanding of ERP implementation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of people management experience, leading teams in a multi-site environment
- Strong experience in project management and ERP delivery (SAP)
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations and support
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of ERP configuration, data structures, and system integrations
- Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources across projects
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle ERP implementations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, WM, QM, PM, FI/CO
- Familiarity with custom ERP enhancements (user exits, custom programs)
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
- Winshuttle experience (nice to have)
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL Foundation, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAP or other ERP platform certifications, CBRM
