ERP Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across multiple business units, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; provide regular status reporting to leadership; identify risks and manage mitigation. Coordinate cross-functional activities across IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain; oversee data migration, system configuration, integration, testing, and training; support go-live and hypercare; manage project costs and vendor invoices. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of ERP PM experience with a track record of at least 3 full-cycle ERP implementations; familiarity with Dynamics 365, SAP, or Infor is preferred. Hybrid work schedule with occasional travel (<25%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required
- 4–5 years of experience as an ERP Project Manager
- Proven experience leading a minimum of 3 full-cycle ERP implementations
- Experience with data migration and validation
- Experience with system integration and testing
- Experience with business process transformation
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
