ERP Project Manager (Part Time Consultant)

Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain while managing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to align on goals, mitigate risks, and schedule resources effectively. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage the transition period with support and training sessions. Maintain an organized library of training materials and surface feedback on project concerns. This part-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of ERP project management experience, with proficiency in M365, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management, ideally with Dynamics Finance and Operations
- Proven track record of successfully managing ERP implementation projects
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
- Proficiency in M365 Applications
- Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics Life Cycle Services
- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or other relevant project management certification
- Experience in organizational transformation
