Develops dashboards, reports, and analytics for project management, resource planning, employee utilization, and project financial performance; translates operational needs into practical technology solutions; maintains documentation and trains users. Collaborative role spanning finance ERP, HRIS, accounting, and executive teams to optimize ERP configurations, workflows, and standards in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
