Job Summary
On-site Navy ERP Program Manager leading DMAG/SMAG augmentation, manage task order execution across cost, schedule, performance, and staffing; serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and DFAS representatives; bridge the data analytics team with Navy ERP functional SMEs; oversee development and governance of data products within the Advana/War Data Platform; guide process improvements and corrective actions; ensure deliverables meet DoD standards and reporting requirements; travel to satellite locations as needed; ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance of all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in DoD financial or supply management, ERP consulting, or ERP augmentation support, with at least 3 years in a program or team lead capacity.
- Experience with ERP (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) functional support.
- Hands-on experience with Navy ERP at Tier 2 or Tier 3 support levels.
- Strong understanding of Navy ERP modules FI, FM, SD, MM, PM, CO.
- Experience managing teams and programs within a DoD financial management, depot maintenance, supply management, or ERP consulting environment.
- Familiarity with the Advana/War Data Platform and data analytics products, dashboards, or decision support tools in a DoD context.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, and executive domains.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to satellite locations.
