ERP Process Analyst

Job Summary
ERP Process Analyst to lead implementation and optimization of ERP platform solutions in production planning and manufacturing execution within a discrete manufacturing environment. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, understanding ERP constraints, and promoting best practices. Responsible for process mapping, requirements gathering, full lifecycle ERP support (functional configuration, data migration, system integration), gap analysis, testing and QA, development of training materials, and change management to drive high adoption. Requires deep knowledge of Production Planning and Execution processes and related master data elements, and strong communication to stakeholders. Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of combined experience in business and/or IT roles including business analysis, requirements management, and ERP solution design (Microsoft Dynamics preferred; SAP or other ERP acceptable)
- Experience leading ERP implementation projects and translating business requirements into ERP configurations
