ERP Primavera / MS Dynamics Navision Specialist

Job Summary
Lead or co-lead implementation, evolution, and operation projects for ERP Primavera and Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions. Gather requirements, perform analysis and fit-gap assessments, and design functional and technical solutions aligned with business processes. Configure ERP modules, coordinate developments, integrations, migrations, reporting and upgrades, ensuring the quality of deliverables. Prepare functional/technical documentation, test plans and training materials; support UAT, go-live and post-implementation support. Manage backlog, incidents, service requests and improvements in an AMS/operate context, while also supporting proposals, estimates, demos and Deloitte accelerators. Work closely with business and technology teams in enterprise environments, particularly banking and insurance. This role is based in a hybrid model within Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance / Operate area, offering opportunities to participate in national and international transformation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar fields
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Cegid Primavera/ERP Primavera and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central, including implementation, configuration, support and operation
- Knowledge of finance/accounting, treasury, purchasing, sales, inventory/logistics, fixed assets, projects/services, human resources/payroll and reporting modules
- Experience in requirements analysis, functional design, business/IT workshops, testing, documentation, training and go-live support
- Spoken and written English proficiency (mandatory)
- This position will be based in our Deloitte offices in Portugal, in a hybrid model (mandatory)
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in ERP, project management, process analysis, tax/accounting or systems integration, such as Cegid Primavera, Business Central, Power Platform, Azure, ITIL, Agile/Scrum or project management certifications
- Technical knowledge valued in SQL Server, integrations via API/OData/SOAP/connectors, data migration, automation/reporting, Power Platform and Microsoft 365
- Experience in NAV to Business Central upgrades, Business Central extensions, AL/C/AL/C/SIDE, RDLC/Word layouts, tax/legal processes in Portugal or application operation will be valued
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is valued
