Job Summary
Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems. Screen and assign support tickets from end users, resolving issues based on severity. Manage the lifecycle of assigned bugs from activation to closure, identifying and bringing up blockers for active bugs and unreleased Engineering Change Orders. Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines. This role requires a bachelor's degree, five years of relevant experience including two in manufacturing, and two years working within supply chain and production modules in major ERP systems. Salary ranges from $52,500 to $97,500 per year. Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location without visa sponsorship and are subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience
- Two years in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Logical task execution within deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues
- Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers
- Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service
- Mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals
- Criminal background check
- Submit fingerprints
- Obtain licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities
- Disclosure of relevant personal and background information to government agencies, sovereign nations/tribal regulators, and other applicable gaming regulatory bodies
