ERP Operations Manager

Oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM operations and lead a distributed production support team responsible for day-to-day operational support, incident triage, and system administration. Drive quarterly patch cycles, regression testing, change control governance, and ensure security/compliance with audit/data privacy requirements. Act as primary liaison with Oracle for SRs, patches, and service updates; own RCA and permanent fixes rather than band-aids. Coach team members on configuration, troubleshooting, and Oracle support engagement; prioritize workload and escalate high-urgency issues. Coordinate with IT security/compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and business process owners to rollout new functionality or integrations, identify recurring issues, and propose systemic solutions. Maintain SOPs, KPIs, system health monitoring, and documentation of configurations and regression test plans. Requires 7+ years in cloud applications with leadership experience, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication; preferred experience with Oracle Cloud integrations, audits/compliance, SQL diagnostics, and full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
