ERP Odoo Sales Consultant

Job Summary
Odoo Sales Specialist to lead the full ERP sales cycle in a B2B software/SaaS environment, from outbound prospecting and discovery sessions to tailored Odoo demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and contract closure, with seamless handover to delivery. Must map client needs to Odoo modules, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting, and coordinate with implementation teams. 2–5 years of experience in ERP/SaaS sales, strong consultative selling, product demonstration, and stakeholder management skills; experience with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Odoo CRM) and English proficiency. Hybrid work model based in Cairo, Egypt with office+remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS, or ERP solution sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience presenting and demonstrating enterprise software solutions
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo
- Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and HR
- Familiarity with the ERP implementation lifecycle (Discovery, Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Odoo CRM)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Odoo Functional Certification is a strong asset
- Hybrid working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
