Job Summary

Lead end-to-end ERP deployment, customization, and optimization for a multi-FMCG distribution company, ensuring seamless integration with warehouse, procurement, and finance modules. Deploy Distributor Management Systems and route-optimization tools to track inventory in real-time, establish BI dashboards for sales and financial KPIs, and automate trade promotions and regional tax variations. Oversee enterprise cloud infrastructure, data centers, and cybersecurity frameworks to protect sensitive corporate data while acting as the primary bridge for troubleshooting and staff training across warehouse, sales, and finance teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in FMCG or distribution-focused IT
  • at least 3-5 years in a senior IT leadership role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management
  • Deep proficiency in enterprise ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle)
  • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment, customization, and continuous optimization of ERP systems
  • Ensure seamless integration with warehouse management, procurement, finance, and trade promotion modules
  • Deploy Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and route-optimization tools
  • track inventory real-time and eliminate stockouts
  • Ensure batch-level traceability (manufacturing/expiry dates) for fast-moving goods
  • Oversee enterprise cloud technologies, data centers, networks, and IT security frameworks
  • Establish dashboards and reporting systems for real-time visibility into sales velocity, distributor performance, and financial KPIs
  • Automatically apply discounts, volume-based rebates, and regional tax variations (e.g., local East African tax rates)
  • Manage inventory, finance & supply chain with next-gen ERP software
  • Monitor system records for Accounts Payable/Receivable (invoicing, collections) and the General Ledger
  • Act as the primary bridge between IT and end-users (warehouse, sales, and finance teams)
  • providing troubleshooting and continuous staff training
