Job Summary
ERP Manager leads Infor Syteline in a manufacturing environment, serving as the primary owner of the ERP system with responsibilities spanning system configuration, reporting, data modeling, integrations, and troubleshooting. Partners with operations and finance to align ERP capabilities with business performance, drives ERP utilization and data visibility, develops enterprise reporting including KPI dashboards (OEE, labor utilization, inventory turns, cost and margin), and ensures financial accuracy and internal controls. Hands-on responsibilities include configuring workflows, security, data governance, and managing ERP projects and integrations across MES/automation/EDI, while evaluating automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and data quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
- 5+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine.
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Experience with SQL Server and ERP reporting tools (SSRS or similar)
- Experience developing dashboards and data models using BI tools (Power BI preferred)
