Job Summary
ERP Lead responsible for end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud design and delivery across US pilot and Germany template; lead ERP partner selection and manage implementation partner; drive data migration, integration design with SAP BTP, Tagetik, CRM, and field service; translate finance processes into S/4 configuration; drive month-end close redesign and COA implementation; coordinate with US and Germany teams, ensure change management and training, and support hypercare post go-live; requires 8–12 years SAP experience, FI/CO, PS, RFP/partner-management, and cross-border close capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years SAP experience with at least one full S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation delivered as program or workstream lead
- Deep functional expertise in FI and CO
- SAP PS experience
- Experience managing an external SAP implementation partner
- Experience working across US and European entities
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering change management and end-user training programs
