Job Summary
Manage, develop, and optimize the company's ERP system and associated processes while supporting the introduction of a new ERP solution. Analyze existing business processes to identify optimization opportunities across sales, procurement, production, logistics, and administration. Collect, evaluate, and implement requirements from various departments, conducting tests, error analysis, and quality assurance measures. Assist in launching new functions, modules, and digital solutions as part of the ongoing digital transformation and continuous improvement of the system landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung als ERP Consultant, ERP Key User, Business Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Verständnis für Abläufe in den Bereichen Einkauf, Vertrieb, Produktion, Logistik oder Finanzwesen
- Hohe IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an digitalen Technologien und Systemlösungen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
