Job Summary
ERP Implementation Specialist responsible for managing and maintaining the corporate-wide ERP system, planning, organizing, and managing implementation and maintenance across multiple sites; coordinating with departments to define tasks for a smooth transition; providing support for technical issues; leading normalization and continual improvement of the software; creating process maps and documentation for training; monitoring implementation as SME on system functionalities; participating in implementations at additional sites; developing custom reports, data views, forms, and dashboards; communicating with departments about responsibilities and current usage and possible improvements; creating SOPs, WI’s, and visual aids to facilitate training and transitions between old and new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Education Required: A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, CIS or computer-related field, or equivalent
- Experience Required: Experience in project implementation, consulting, or supporting an ERP system
- Must be ready and willing to travel as needed
- Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed for projects, acquisitions or as VP of IT deems it necessary
