Job Summary
ERP Implementation Project Manager for Epicor Kinetic ERP at NXA Manufacturing. Lead all phases of the Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation, coordinating with Comtec and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for customer projects. On-site at Fayetteville, AR, develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables; identify and mitigate risks to business operations; oversee SOPs, training plans, and change management; supervise the Epicor Kinetic ERP Administrator; drive adoption and post-go-live stabilization; and promote continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Must work on site at Fayetteville, AR location
- 5+ years of project management experience (ERP/manufacturing strongly preferred)
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams through complex implementations
- Must have experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP or similar platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent a plus
- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
