Job Summary
Own the end-to-end delivery and execution model of the core SAP replacement program aligned with Transition Service Agreement timelines to guarantee a successful standalone business separation. Define scope, architecture roadmaps, and cutover protocols for a structured multi-site deployment while managing a global budget of $5M–$30M and leading a team of 25–50 professionals. Manage the ERP environment in strict GxP compliance, ensuring all system lifecycle phases adhere to CSV/CSA frameworks and ALCOA+ data integrity principles. Build and scale the internal capability team, establish robust production support architecture for 24/7 high availability, and act as a liaison between Group IT and global business leaders to drive process standardization. Select and govern external system integrators and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts while maintaining continuous audit readiness throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of highly experienced IT leadership inside a complex, enterprise-level pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organization
- Proven success leading at least three large-scale, global SAP deployments and rollouts with complex manufacturing footprints and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integrations
- Deep domain expertise managing high-availability IT application portfolios within a 24/7 regulated manufacturing landscape
- Deep knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, data privacy laws, and GxP standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Valid driver's license
