Job Summary
ERP Functional Data Lead Analyst (Remote) leads large-scale ERP data conversion projects using SAP S/4HANA, coordinating conversion activities, translating and documenting conversion requirements, and driving execution across cross-functional teams. Responsible for data mapping, cross-reference and data model documentation across deployments, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with program goals. Manages risk, escalation, resource utilization, and communication with internal stakeholders; oversees documentation, profiling analytics, reporting, and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance cutover quality and efficiency. Requires extensive experience in ERP data migration/conversion, SAP knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50% to RTX sites; works in a remote-capable role with potential on-site travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience OR in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- Experience in large scale ERP data migration and conversion, preferably within a supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environment with responsibilities related to planning, production, and aftermarket
- Experience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology
- Ability to travel ~ 25%-50% to other major RTX US sites
- SAP Knowledge, prior implementation experience
- Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects
- Experience manage multiple project activities concurrently within a fast-paced, demanding environment (virtually and in-person)
- Effectively lead, influence and manage change at multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership
- CORE or equivalent (ie. Six Sigma or Change Management) and project management expertise
