Job Summary
Architect and execute scalable end-to-end testing strategies across the GFiber ecosystem for mission-critical ERP, billing, and BSS infrastructure. Spearhead comprehensive validation for enterprise platforms like SAP and Coupa, ensuring rigorous transactional integrity and financial compliance. Orchestrate data validation and lifecycle audits across fragmented ledgers and third-party integrations to guarantee precision. Act as the definitive technical authority for high-priority production escalations, leading deep-dive root-cause analysis and synthesizing findings into strategic executive communications. Drive quality governance across the Agile/Scrum SDLC, implementing robust test planning, defect lifecycle management, and regression frameworks to facilitate stable releases. This role requires 10+ years in software quality engineering with specialized focus on large-scale enterprise applications and complex system integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven expertise in Software Quality Engineering
- specialized focus on large-scale enterprise applications and complex system integrations
- Extensive background in testing ERP and ecosystems
- spanning functional, integration, regression, and comprehensive manual validation
- Direct experience validating mission-critical ERP platforms
- specifically SAP (S/4HANA)

- Deep proficiency in the Agile/Scrum SDLC

Desired Qualifications
