Job Summary
Lead solution design, development, configuration, and testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central enhancements, automations, and new functionality. Manage system administration, configuration, and third-party ERP integrations with Insight Works, EasyPost, and Avalara while translating business requirements into architectural blueprints. Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support issues via the IT help-desk system, perform environment refreshes, and design reports to support cross-functional decision-making. Partner with functional leads to maintain integrations between Business Central, CRM, and Graphics ERP systems. Provide user training and best practices to end users, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years' experience as a developer for Microsoft Business Central v.24.0 or higher
- MB-820 Business Central Developer Certification
- Demonstrated experience with database query language (eg. MS SQL), and reporting / automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate)
Desired Qualifications
- MB-800 Business Central Functional Consultant Certification, a plus
- Demonstrated full-life cycle Business Central implementation experience, a plus
