ERP Developer (Microsoft D365 Business Central)

Lead solution design, development, configuration, and testing for enhancements, optimizations, automations, and new functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and integrated applications like CRM, Azure, and Power BI. Manage third-party ERP solutions including Insight Works, EasyPost, and Avalara while translating business requirements into architectural blueprints and documenting all design work. Support process owners across Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets, and maintain seamless data flow between systems. Partner with functional leads to validate results through integration and user acceptance testing, develop reports for cross-functional decision-making, and provide user training on ERP best practices. Perform periodic test and production environment refreshes and data activities.
