Job Summary
ERP Database Administrator responsible for building, managing, and overseeing the ERP database, engineering masters, and part IDs; coordinate with IX Database Managers; run reports and troubleshoot ERP issues. Key duties include analyzing business needs, correcting glitches, contributing to complex sales orders and front-office workflow improvements, identifying and resolving framework issues, assisting in cost variances and month-end close problem-solving, documenting procedures, supporting ECN processes, evaluating new hardware/software for ERP enhancements, and utilizing tools for benchmarking, prototype development, simulation, and testing. Role requires bold problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration to improve ERP-driven processes; emphasizes safety adherence, attendance, and achieving defined KPIs. Must have at least 1 year ERP experience; Innergy ERP experience preferred; manufacturing industry understanding and process-improvement experience required; ADDA certification preferred; knowledge of AWI, LEED, and FSC considered plus.
Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering structure within ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
