Job Summary
Design and manage Data Migration Factory Application processes for D365 F&O rollouts, developing Alteryx workflows and Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines to automate ETL, validation, and reconciliation. Build and optimize data ingestion solutions using SQL, PySpark notebooks, and Dataflows Gen2 to implement Lakehouse architectures, while performing data profiling, cleansing, and quality checks. Collaborate with teams on data mapping and business rules, then execute migration testing, cutover activities, and post-load validation. Prepare technical documentation and deployment runbooks to support production deployment. Work on a business-critical system with flexible start times between 7:30 and 9:30 AM in a hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data migrations to D365 F&O using Alteryx, SQL, Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines, PySpark notebooks, Lakehouse and ETL/ELT processing
- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer for data preparation, transformation, and workflow automation
- Experience migrating or modernizing Alteryx workflows using Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory
- Experience with D365 F&O Data Management Framework (DMF) and data entities
- Proficiency in SQL for data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, and Delta Tables
- Working knowledge of PySpark, Fabric Notebooks, and Spark-based data processing
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Experience in data quality, validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and error handling
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hybrid work model with 3 days a week in our modern Kraków office (Przybyszewskiego 56, Bronowice)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, semantic models or dashboard data preparation
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps or any version control tool
- Exposure to ERP data migration, master data migration or legacy system modernization projects
- Understanding of API-based data integration and REST API ingestion patterns
- Knowledge of performance tuning for SQL queries, PySpark jobs and data pipelines
- Understanding of data governance, security, privacy and access control concepts
