Job Summary
Inventarise how clients best utilize the software and draft implementation plans. Implement the cloud ERP solution, providing advice, guidance, and user training. Actively contribute to new features and improvements of existing modules. Support clients with usage questions and test new functionalities. Collaborate with the development and consultancy teams for product growth. Complete internal training sessions to deepen software knowledge before working independently. Requires a minimum MBO+ level, 1-2 years of experience, and a driver's license. Salary ranges from €3,250 to €4,500 gross per month with a bonus scheme and car lease budget.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Procesmatig inzicht en de drive om oplossingen te vinden
- Uitstekende communicatieve en servicegerichte vaardigheden
