Job Summary
Develop ERP concepts from initial ideas through implementation, analyzing existing requirements and creating solution architectures. Manage support during application rollout, testing, and deployment while capturing customer needs and drafting technical proposals. Optimize business processes in coordination with clients and conduct training workshops for end users. Requires a degree in technical fields or IT vocational training, initial ERP experience, and knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle. Offers hybrid work arrangements, flexible scheduling, and company-provided IT equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium einer technischen Fachrichtung (z.B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, etc.) oder eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Erste Berufserfahrung im ERP Umfeld
- Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse und Zusammenhänge
- Datenbankkenntnisse, z.B. von Microsoft SQL Server oder Oracle
