Job Summary
Consult clients on ERP system implementation, optimization, and configuration while providing expert process advisory and troubleshooting support. Diagnose and resolve onsite and remote system disruptions, manage new installations and updates, and deliver training sessions to end users. Handle detailed customer inquiries regarding system performance and functionality. Requires a completed commercial degree or vocational training with strong accounting process knowledge, preferably with mesonic WinLine experience, alongside self-reliance and excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung mit einem hohen Verständnis kaufmännischer Prozesse und buchhalterischer Grundlagen
- Ausgeprägte Prozessanalyse- und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und professionelles Auftreten
Desired Qualifications
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bevorzugt mit der mesonic WinLine oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System
- Gute Kenntnisse sowohl zu Windows Client- und Server-Betriebssystemen als auch zu aktuellen MS SQL Server-Versionen
