Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions, then implement, configure, and optimize Oracle ERP modules based on business needs. Lead and support ERP implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle, conducting system testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring successful go-live. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve system issues, deliver enhancements, and prepare functional documentation while providing end-user training. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend ERP best practices to optimize business processes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience as an ERP Consultant with Oracle ERP
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support
- Experience with Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, or HCM
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
